Return & Refund Policy
All Cloudt casings purchased are non-refundable, except in cases where there is a suspected defect upon unboxing or if you received a casing that is different from the product you ordered.
For any suspected defect, customers are required to provide a clear unboxing video and photos of the affected area for our team to review before any compensation or replacement can be considered.
Products cannot be returned or refunded due to purchasing the wrong phone model, design, or variation. Please make sure to check your selected phone model, design, MagSafe option, and customization details carefully before completing your order.
Colour & Print Disclaimer
Please note that the final printed colour of your Cloudt casing may vary slightly from the product illustrations or images shown on our website.
This may happen due to differences in lighting, screen brightness, screen resolution, device display settings, and the difference between RGB colour mode used on digital screens and CMYK colour mode used during printing production.
While we always aim to produce every design as accurately and beautifully as possible, slight colour variations are normal and should be expected. These differences will not be considered as defects, as they are part of the natural printing and production process.
Customization Disclaimer
For customized casings, customers are responsible for ensuring that the name, initials, spelling, font choice, and placement are correct before approving the mockup.
Each customization is entitled to a maximum of 3 amendments during the mockup stage. Any further amendments after the third revision may be subject to additional charges.
Once the mockup has been approved and the casing has entered production, no further changes, cancellations, refunds, or exchanges can be made.
Please note that the final customization placement may vary slightly depending on the phone model, camera layout, case size, and design composition.
Magsafe Compatibility
MagSafe option is only available for selected iPhone models from iPhone 12 to iPhone 17 Pro Max.
MagSafe is not applicable for iPhone 11, iPhone 11 Pro, iPhone 11 Pro Max, and all Samsung Galaxy S models.
Design Placement Disclaimer
The placement of patterns, textures, names, initials, and design elements may vary slightly depending on the phone model, camera cutout, and case size.
Some parts of the artwork may be adjusted or cropped to fit different phone models while maintaining the overall look of the design.
These minor differences are normal and are not considered product defects.
Care Instructions
To keep your Cloudt casing looking its best, avoid exposing it to excessive heat, sharp objects, harsh chemicals, alcohol wipes, or rough surfaces.
Clean gently with a soft, slightly damp cloth when needed.
Please remove and install the casing with care to avoid unnecessary pressure on the edges, buttons, or printed surface.
Shipping & Handling
All orders will be packed carefully before shipping.
Once the parcel has been handed over to the courier, delivery time may vary depending on the courier’s schedule, location, weather conditions, and peak season volume.
Cloudt is not responsible for delays caused by the courier, but our team will assist where possible if there are any delivery issues.
